Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems, including analog and digital circuits, power distribution, and embedded systems.
- Lead the PCB layout and schematic capture process using industry-standard tools.
- Conduct thorough testing, validation, and verification of prototypes to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, firmware, software) to integrate systems seamlessly.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices and design methodologies.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and BOMs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering issues during the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field required; Masterās degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in electrical design and PCB development.
- Proficiency in EDA tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence OrCAD, or Eagle.
- Strong knowledge of microcontrollers, FPGAs, and embedded programming concepts.
- Experience with thermal analysis, signal integrity, and power integrity analysis.
- Familiarity with industry standards (IPC, UL, CE, FCC) and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
