Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate electrical systems for consumer electronics and industrial applications
- Lead PCB layout and schematic design using Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro
- Conduct power electronics analysis and thermal management simulations
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance during project execution
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (UL, CE, IPC) and safety regulations
- Collaborate with firmware teams on embedded system integration
- Document designs, test procedures, and technical specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in electronic product development
- Expertise in high-speed digital design and analog circuitry
- Proficiency in PCB design tools and simulation software (SPICE, MATLAB)
- Strong knowledge of EMC/EMI compliance testing
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering projects
- Certification in Power Electronics or Embedded Systems a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
