Responsibilities
- Design and optimize electrical systems for large-scale renewable energy projects
- Lead PCB layout and schematic development for power electronics
- Conduct rigorous EMC/EMI testing and compliance validation
- Develop firmware for embedded control systems using C/C++
- Perform thermal analysis and reliability modeling for critical components
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on system integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar tools
- Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling
- Strong understanding of IEEE 1547 and NEC standards
- Experience with battery management systems (BMS)
- Proven track record in high-voltage (>1kV) circuit design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
