Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage power distribution systems for commercial and industrial applications
- Lead PCB layout and schematic development for embedded control systems
- Conduct electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance analysis
- Develop firmware for real-time power monitoring and automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and validation
- Research emerging technologies in power electronics and energy storage
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Expertise in power electronics, motor drives, and energy conversion systems
- Proficiency with Altium Designer, Cadence, or equivalent EDA tools
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards (e.g., 1547, 519) and NEC regulations
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling and simulation
- Proven track record in hardware lifecycle management from concept to production
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems
