Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex PCB layouts for high-speed digital and analog systems.
- Conduct rigorous simulation, prototyping, and testing of power distribution networks (PDN).
- Collaborate with firmware and mechanical engineering teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.
- Perform root-cause analysis on hardware failures and implement robust design improvements.
- Oversee electrical compliance testing to ensure adherence to UL, CE, and IEEE standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in circuit design.
- Optimize system power consumption without compromising performance or reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in circuit design and hardware engineering.
- Expertise in industry-standard EDA tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or OrCAD.
- Proficiency in high-speed signal integrity, EMI/EMC mitigation, and power electronics design.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to lab testing and debugging.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience with FPGA, microcontroller systems, and embedded communication protocols (I2C, SPI, CAN).
