Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex analog and digital circuitry for industrial control systems.
  • Conduct thorough design reviews, ensuring compliance with UL, CE, and RoHS standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and firmware engineers, to integrate high-density PCBs.
  • Perform comprehensive hardware testing, including thermal analysis, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC compliance.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in documentation and version control.
  • Drive root-cause analysis for hardware failures during the prototyping and production lifecycle.
  • Optimize power efficiency and thermal performance of embedded systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in board-level electronic design.
  • Expertise in EDA tools such as Altium Designer or Cadence OrCAD/Allegro.
  • Proven track record in high-speed digital design and precision analog signal processing.
  • Deep understanding of power electronics, DC-DC converters, and battery management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach to hardware debugging.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting and cross-team collaboration.
