Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of power electronics, including DC-DC converters, inverters, and motor drive systems.
- Develop and optimize PCB layouts using industry-standard tools such as Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro.
- Conduct thorough circuit analysis and simulation using SPICE models to validate performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with firmware engineers to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
- Oversee the prototyping process, including fabrication, assembly, and testing in the lab.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex engineering challenges.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and technical specifications for manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in hardware design and PCB development.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, or Python for embedded systems.
- Expert knowledge of power electronics, analog circuit design, and signal integrity.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as UL, IEC, and FCC regulations.
- Proven track record of working with high-voltage systems and renewable energy technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
