Responsibilities
- Design and optimize electrical circuits for high-efficiency power conversion systems
- Lead PCB layout and validation for industrial automation equipment
- Develop embedded firmware for smart grid communication protocols
- Conduct EMC/EMI testing and compliance analysis for medical devices
- Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and technical workshops
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on thermal management solutions
- Document design specifications and prepare patent applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics or embedded systems
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, MATLAB/Simulink, and SPICE simulation
- Strong knowledge of IEEE 1584 and NFPA 70E standards
- Experience with automotive ISO 26262 or medical IEC 62304 compliance
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical projects
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex hardware issues
