Responsibilities
- Design and optimize PCB layouts for high-power DC-AC converters
- Lead validation testing of electrical systems in ISO-certified labs
- Develop firmware for embedded control systems using C/C++
- Conduct thermal analysis and reliability modeling for power components
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on EMI/EMC compliance
- Present technical findings to C-level stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field (M.S. preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink and SPICE simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of UL 1741 and IEEE 1547 standards
- Proficiency in Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro
- Experience with high-voltage battery management systems
- Proven track record of bringing products from concept to production
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
