Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems for energy storage and distribution
- Lead PCB layout and schematic design using Altium Designer
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of power electronics prototypes
- Optimize system performance through thermal and electromagnetic analysis
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (UL, IEC, IEEE)
- Collaborate with firmware teams on embedded system integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Proficiency in simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE)
- Expertise in high-voltage DC systems and battery management
- Strong knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance testing
- Experience with renewable energy systems (solar, wind, storage)
- Proven track record of bringing products from concept to production
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
