Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end electrical design lifecycle from concept to production validation
- Develop and optimize PCB layouts using Altium Designer for high-speed digital and mixed-signal circuits
- Design and validate power distribution systems (AC/DC, battery management) with efficiency >95%
- Conduct EMI/EMC compliance testing and implement mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
- Collaborate with firmware teams on embedded system integration
- Research emerging technologies (GaN, SiC) and propose implementation roadmaps
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in commercial product development
- Expertise in high-speed digital design and signal integrity analysis
- Proficiency with SPICE simulation tools (Cadence PSpice, LTspice)
- Strong knowledge of IPC standards and DFMA principles
- Certification in Six Sigma or PMP a plus
- Experience with automotive/industrial safety standards (ISO 26262, IEC 61508)
- Proven track record of launching complex electronic products
