Responsibilities
- Lead design and analysis of large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water systems
- Oversee project lifecycle from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Develop cost-effective engineering solutions using advanced software tools like AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies for complex urban development projects
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to quality control standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience with large-scale projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Expertise in structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and hydraulic modeling
- Proficiency in BIM/CIM technologies and construction management software
- Proven track record of managing projects over $50M with zero safety incidents
- Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
