Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical circuits and power systems from concept through production.
- Lead PCB layout and schematic design using industry-standard tools like Altium Designer.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of prototypes to ensure compliance with IEEE standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware and mechanical engineers.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices.
- Perform failure analysis and implement corrective actions for system issues.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in power electronics or embedded systems.
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, or OrCAD.
- Strong knowledge of circuit theory, signal processing, and power management.
- Familiarity with simulation software (SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
