Responsibilities
- Design and optimize drilling programs for unconventional reservoirs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of upstream oil & gas experience
- Proficiency in PETREL, Eclipse, and nodal analysis software
- Proven track record in horizontal drilling completions
- Strong knowledge of reservoir characterization techniques
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with machine learning in production optimization
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
