Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize electrical systems for renewable energy integration and smart grid technologies
- Lead PCB layout, schematic design, and validation for high-efficiency power electronics
- Perform thermal, electromagnetic, and stress analysis using advanced simulation tools
- Collaborate with software and mechanical teams on embedded systems and IoT device integration
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to ensure design standards
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and product reliability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics, renewable energy systems, or IoT device design
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar EDA tools
- Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling and simulation
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards, safety regulations (UL 62368, IEC 60950), and EMC compliance
- Experience with embedded systems (ARM, PIC, or DSP) and firmware-hardware integration
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from concept to production
