Responsibilities
- Design and implement electrical systems for solar/wind energy projects
- Lead hardware integration and validation of power distribution networks
- Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and troubleshooting
- Develop technical specifications for electrical components and subsystems
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, and ISO 50001 standards
- Collaborate with firmware teams on embedded control systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics or renewable energy systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, and PSpice
- Strong knowledge of 3-phase power systems and grid-tie inverters
- Certification in PE (Professional Engineer) preferred
- Experience with energy storage systems and battery management
- Demonstrated project leadership in industrial environments
- Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
