Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced electrical systems for renewable energy infrastructure
- Lead PCB layout and schematic design for high-voltage applications
- Perform power system analysis and simulation using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on integrated system design
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, and safety standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Develop test protocols and validate system performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power systems or renewable energy
- Expertise in AutoCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, and PSpice
- Strong knowledge of three-phase systems and power electronics
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with SCADA systems and grid integration
- Proven project leadership with complex systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
