Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects including MRT expansions and flood mitigation systems
- Perform advanced structural analysis and geotechnical assessments using industry-standard software
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation with zero-compromise on quality
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Building Authority regulations and international engineering standards
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and professional development programs
- Coordinate with government agencies and private stakeholders for seamless project delivery
- Implement BIM (Building Information Modeling) protocols for enhanced project visualization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with P.Eng certification
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Expertise in structural design software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS) and geotechnical modeling
- Proven track record in managing projects with SGD 50M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of Singapore's BC Code and infrastructure development frameworks
- Professional certification in project management (PMP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
