Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems including PCB layouts, schematic capture, and component selection
- Conduct power analysis, signal integrity testing, and thermal management simulations
- Lead hardware validation through prototyping, debugging, and compliance testing
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex design challenges
- Collaborate with software teams to ensure seamless integration of embedded systems
- Research emerging technologies and implement best practices in electrical design
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics, embedded systems, or PCB design
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar EDA tools
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards, safety regulations, and EMC compliance
- Experience with renewable energy systems or IoT hardware development
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in complex electrical systems
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
