We are looking for an engineer who is passionate about precision, innovation, and excellence in electrical design.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems and PCB layouts using industry-standard tools such as Altium Designer and Cadence.
- Conduct thorough analysis and simulation of power circuits, including power supplies, motor drives, and renewable energy interfaces.
- Lead the verification and validation process, ensuring all designs meet stringent safety standards (UL, IEC) and performance specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical and software teams to integrate hardware seamlessly.
- Define test plans, troubleshoot hardware failures, and drive root cause analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in electrical design and power electronics.
- Strong proficiency in schematic capture, PCB layout, and circuit analysis.
- Experience with microcontrollers (ARM, FPGA) and embedded systems is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with simulation software (MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in parallel.
