Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test high-voltage power electronics systems and PCB layouts.
- Conduct detailed circuit simulations using SPICE, MATLAB, or PLECS.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design review process, ensuring manufacturability and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware issues in the field and lab.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices.
- Ensure all designs meet strict safety, reliability, and regulatory standards (UL, IEC).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in power electronics or embedded systems design.
- Proficient in CAD tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, or OrCAD.
- Strong understanding of microcontrollers, FPGAs, and analog/digital circuit design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Experience with ISO and FCC compliance documentation is a plus.
