Responsibilities

- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Collaborate with firmware teams on embedded system integration
- Develop test protocols and validate system performance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics or renewable energy systems
- Proficiency with Cadence Allegro and PADS for PCB design
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards for electrical safety and compliance
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling
- Proven track record of leading hardware development from concept to production
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
