Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical schematics for power distribution systems and control circuits
- Lead PCB layout and validation for high-reliability industrial applications
- Conduct electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance analysis
- Optimize energy efficiency in commercial building automation systems
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and design critiques
- Collaborate with product teams on firmware integration and sensor networks
- Document technical specifications and create compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics or embedded systems design
- Proficiency with CAD tools (AutoCAD Electrical, Altium Designer)
- Strong knowledge of NEC standards and industrial safety protocols
- Experience with renewable energy systems or smart grid technologies
- Certification in PMP or Six Sigma (highly desirable)
- Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects on schedule
