Responsibilities
- Design and optimize electrical systems for renewable energy applications
- Lead PCB layout and schematic development using Altium Designer
- Conduct power analysis and thermal modeling for high-efficiency designs
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical solutions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (IEC, UL, NEC)
- Develop test protocols and validate system performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics and embedded systems
- Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink and SPICE simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation
- Experience with high-voltage systems (>1kV) and battery management
- Proven track record in product development lifecycle
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or eligibility
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
