Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water systems
- Perform advanced structural analysis and geotechnical evaluations using industry-standard software
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies
- Develop innovative solutions for sustainable construction and environmental compliance
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance protocols
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in engineering practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design and project delivery
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and structural analysis software
- Proven track record of managing projects exceeding $10M in value
- Strong knowledge of TxDOT standards, FEMA regulations, and local building codes
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and stakeholder management abilities
