Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems for IoT devices and energy storage solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in PCB layout, schematic capture, and component selection
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of prototypes under real-world conditions
- Optimize power distribution networks for efficiency and regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in engineering processes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions for product development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in electrical design for consumer electronics or industrial systems
- Expert proficiency in Altium Designer, AutoCAD Electrical, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, EMI/EMC compliance, and safety standards
- Proven track record of leading projects from concept to production
- Experience with embedded systems and firmware integration
- Certification in Six Sigma or PMP highly valued
