- Analyze system requirements and create comprehensive electrical schematics using AutoCAD and Altium
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of prototypes under extreme environmental conditions
- Mentor junior engineers while ensuring compliance with IEEE and IEC safety standards
- Optimize power conversion efficiency through innovative circuit design and component selection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on hardware-software integration for smart grid solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of power systems experience
- Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink for power electronics simulation and modeling
- Proven track record in designing high-efficiency DC-DC converters and inverters
- Certification in ISO 26262 functional safety for automotive applications preferred
- Strong background in EMC/EMI compliance testing and mitigation strategies
