Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage power electronics systems for solar and wind energy applications
- Develop control algorithms for energy storage and grid integration systems
- Lead PCB layout and component selection for industrial-grade electronic assemblies
- Conduct thermal analysis and EMI/EMC testing to ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Document technical specifications and create detailed design documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience
- Expertise in power electronics, motor drives, and renewable energy systems
- Proficiency in CAD tools (Altium Designer, PADS) and simulation software (Simplis, PSIM)
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards for power systems and safety protocols
- Experience with embedded firmware development in C/C++
- Proven track record of bringing products from concept to production
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
