Responsibilities
- Design and oversee complex civil infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water systems
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies
- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments
- Utilize BIM/CAD technologies for precision modeling and documentation
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal engineering standards
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of progressive civil engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and structural analysis software
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong project management and client communication skills
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Knowledge of Houston-area municipal regulations and permitting processes
