Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water management systems
- Perform advanced structural analysis using industry-standard software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit)
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources while ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and regulatory agencies for seamless project delivery
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to construction teams
- Develop sustainable engineering solutions addressing climate resilience and environmental impact
- Mentor junior engineers and foster continuous innovation in project methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and structural analysis software
- Proven track record of managing $10M+ infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of TxDOT standards and federal environmental regulations
- LEED AP certification or equivalent sustainability credentials
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and stakeholder management abilities
