Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end electrical system design from concept to production
- Develop schematic diagrams and PCB layouts using Altium Designer
- Conduct signal integrity analysis and EMI/EMC compliance testing
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on firmware and mechanical integration
- Research emerging technologies to drive innovation roadmap
- Document design specifications and create technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in consumer electronics product development
- Expertise in high-speed digital design and analog circuitry
- Proficiency in PCB design tools and simulation software
- Strong knowledge of safety standards (UL, CE, FCC)
- Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers
- Demonstrated project leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder presentations
