Responsibilities
- Design and validate high-voltage power systems for renewable energy integration
- Develop embedded firmware for real-time control of electrical machinery
- Lead PCB layout and signal integrity analysis for high-frequency circuits
- Perform thermal management and EMI/EMC compliance testing
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical feasibility studies
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into engineering specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Proficiency in Altium Designer and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards for safety and performance
- Experience with renewable energy systems or grid-tied inverters
- Proven track record of bringing products from concept to production
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility
