Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems, including power distribution, control circuits, and automation logic.
- Conduct detailed feasibility studies, circuit simulations, and risk assessments to ensure project viability.
- Lead the prototyping process, overseeing testing procedures and validating designs against performance specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers and software developers, to integrate electrical components seamlessly.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including schematics, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and engineering reports.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance during the product development lifecycle.
- Comply with all safety regulations, IEEE standards, and environmental compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in electrical design and system integration.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Altium Designer, AutoCAD, MATLAB, or PSpice.
- Strong understanding of circuit analysis, power electronics, and embedded systems.
- Experience with PLC programming and SCADA systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
