Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced circuit schematics for embedded systems and IoT devices
- Lead PCB layout optimization using Altium Designer and ensure EMI/EMC compliance
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of prototypes using oscilloscopes and network analyzers
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance during product development lifecycle
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on component integration and thermal management
- Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions for product enhancement
- Document technical specifications and create comprehensive test procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in electronics design and product development
- Proficiency in CAD tools (Altium, Cadence) and simulation software (SPICE, MATLAB)
- Strong expertise in power electronics, analog/digital circuits, and microcontrollers
- Proven track record of bringing consumer electronics from concept to production
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems
- Strong leadership experience with cross-functional project teams
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
