Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-efficiency power electronics systems for EV chargers
- Develop detailed schematics, PCB layouts, and validation test plans
- Lead thermal management solutions for high-power applications
- Collaborate with firmware teams on embedded system integration
- Conduct signal integrity analysis and EMI/EMC compliance testing
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Expertise in Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro
- Strong knowledge of IEEE 1547 and UL 1741 standards
- Proficiency in SPICE simulation and MATLAB/Simulink
- Experience with SiC/GaN semiconductor technologies
- Proven track record of delivering commercialized products
