Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems, including power distribution and control circuits.
- Conduct detailed feasibility studies and technical evaluations for new energy projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and compliance with safety standards.
- Perform comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis on prototype systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all designs adhere to NEC, IEEE, and local regulatory requirements.
- Manage project documentation and ensure all deliverables meet strict quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in electrical power systems design.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or MATLAB/Simulink.
- Proven expertise in PLC programming and industrial control system architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
