Responsibilities
- Design and validate high-voltage power distribution systems for commercial and industrial applications
- Lead PCB layout and schematic development using Altium Designer
- Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance analysis
- Develop firmware for embedded control systems in renewable energy inverters
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers on thermal management solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Prepare patent documentation and technical whitepapers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proven track record with UL 1741 and IEEE 1547 standards
- Strong analytical skills in circuit simulation and failure analysis
- Experience with renewable energy integration projects
- Excellent documentation and presentation abilities
