Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water treatment facilities
- Conduct site investigations, geotechnical analysis, and environmental impact assessments
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation using Primavera P6
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies for seamless project delivery
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical drawings for compliance with ASCE standards
- Develop sustainable design solutions incorporating green infrastructure principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and hydraulic modeling software
- Demonstrated experience with TxDOT and FEMA permitting processes
- Strong project management skills with successful delivery of $5M+ projects
- LEED AP certification preferred
