Responsibilities
- Design and develop PCB layouts, schematics, and firmware for embedded systems
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electrical components
- Lead cross-functional projects with mechanical, software, and quality assurance teams
- Analyze system requirements and create detailed technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with UL, CE, and FCC regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews
- Research emerging technologies to enhance product performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in PCB design and embedded systems
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence, or similar EDA tools
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, signal integrity, and EMC
- Experience with microcontrollers (ARM, PIC, AVR) and real-time operating systems
- Proven track record of bringing products from concept to production
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Active PE license a plus
