Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and power distribution systems for industrial and commercial applications
- Lead system integration testing, validation, and troubleshooting of complex electrical assemblies
- Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to ensure seamless system integration
- Perform thermal, electromagnetic, and stress analysis using industry-standard simulation tools
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews for design excellence
- Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions for power efficiency challenges
- Ensure compliance with UL, NEC, and international safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's preferred
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics, motor drives, or renewable energy systems
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or equivalent EDA tools
- Strong expertise in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling and simulation
- Deep understanding of three-phase systems, power conversion topologies, and control theory
- Experience with embedded systems programming (C/C++) for firmware development
- Proven track record of leading complex electrical projects from concept to production
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or active pursuit preferred
