Responsibilities

  • Lead system integration testing, validation, and troubleshooting of complex electrical assemblies
  • Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to ensure seamless system integration
  • Perform thermal, electromagnetic, and stress analysis using industry-standard simulation tools
  • Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews for design excellence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in power electronics, motor drives, or renewable energy systems
  • Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or equivalent EDA tools
  • Strong expertise in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling and simulation
  • Deep understanding of three-phase systems, power conversion topologies, and control theory
  • Experience with embedded systems programming (C/C++) for firmware development
  • Proven track record of leading complex electrical projects from concept to production
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or active pursuit preferred
