Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-voltage electrical systems for solar/wind energy projects
- Perform power system analysis using ETAP/PSS®E software
- Lead PCB layout and circuit design for power electronics hardware
- Conduct EMC/EMI compliance testing and mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Collaborate with R&D teams on battery management systems
- Prepare detailed technical reports and patent applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power systems or renewable energy
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and AutoCAD Electrical
- Hands-on experience with 3-phase power electronics
- Familiarity with IEEE 1547 and NEC standards
- Demonstrated project leadership in energy sector
