Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced electrical systems for IoT devices and renewable energy products
- Lead PCB layout, schematic capture, and component selection for high-reliability applications
- Perform signal integrity analysis, EMI/EMC testing, and compliance validation
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews to ensure quality standards
- Collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams on integrated system architectures
- Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience
- Expertise in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar EDA tools
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, embedded systems, and high-speed digital design
- Experience with regulatory standards (UL, CE, FCC) and compliance testing
- Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW for simulation and automation
- Demonstrated success in bringing complex electronic products to market
