Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle development of complex electrical systems, from conceptual design to final product validation.
- Perform advanced circuit analysis, PCB layout design, and signal integrity testing to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and software engineers, to integrate electrical subsystems.
- Conduct thorough root-cause analysis on prototype failures and implement robust design improvements.
- Oversee vendor relationships and technical specifications for high-voltage power components.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead internal technical reviews to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Ensure all designs comply with NEC, IEEE, and other international safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in electrical power or system design.
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar ECAD software.
- Deep understanding of power electronics, analog circuit design, and PCB manufacturing processes.
- Experience with simulation tools such as SPICE, MATLAB, or Simulink.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering high-stakes projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
