Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage electrical systems for commercial and industrial facilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing advanced power electronics solutions
- Perform detailed power system analysis using ETAP and PSS®E software
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, and IEC standards
- Develop technical specifications for substation automation and SCADA systems
- Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and knowledge sharing

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power systems engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Expertise in power electronics, transformers, and protective relaying
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, and PLC programming
- Strong analytical skills for fault analysis and load flow studies
