Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design of high-voltage power distribution systems
- Develop and implement advanced PLC/SCADA control architectures
- Conduct electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance analysis
- Optimize energy efficiency through power factor correction and harmonic mitigation
- Create detailed technical documentation and compliance reports
- Collaborate with hardware teams on PCB layout and component selection
- Drive continuous improvement in electrical safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power systems or industrial automation
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Expertise in AutoCAD Electrical and ETAP simulation software
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards (e.g., 1584, 1547)
- Proven track record in renewable energy integration
- Experience leading cross-functional technical projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
