Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced power electronics systems including inverters, converters, and energy storage solutions
- Lead PCB layout and component selection for high-voltage applications
- Perform thermal analysis and reliability testing of electrical assemblies
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on integrated system architectures
- Ensure compliance with UL/IEC standards and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence, or similar EDA tools
- Strong background in thermal management and EMC/EMI compliance
- Experience with renewable energy systems or EV powertrains
- Proven project leadership with deliverable-driven results
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
