Responsibilities
- Design and develop PCB schematics, layouts, and prototypes for consumer electronics and IoT devices
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electrical systems
- Collaborate with firmware and mechanical engineers on integrated product development
- Ensure compliance with UL, FCC, and international safety standards
- Lead technical documentation including BOMs, test reports, and design specifications
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in design methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in PCB design and high-speed digital circuitry
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or equivalent EDA tools
- Strong knowledge of EMC/EMI compliance testing and mitigation techniques
- Experience with embedded systems and microcontroller architecture
- Expertise in power electronics design and thermal management
- Proven ability to manage projects from concept to production
