Responsibilities
- Design and validate high-voltage electrical systems for renewable energy integration
- Lead PCB layout and component selection for power electronics prototypes
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation and compliance reports
- Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with R&D teams on energy storage system optimization
- Analyze system performance using simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink)
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, and international safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics or grid-scale systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Eagle, and PSpice simulation software
- Strong background in three-phase power systems and transformer design
- Certification in PE (Professional Engineer) or equivalent
- Demonstrated success with UL 1741 and IEEE 1547 standards
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges
