Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of complex PCB layouts for embedded systems
- Conduct power electronics analysis and validation for renewable energy systems
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and best practices
- Collaborate with firmware teams on hardware-software integration
- Perform EMC/EMI compliance testing and troubleshooting
- Document technical specifications and create engineering documentation
- Research emerging technologies to drive innovation roadmap
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics and PCB design
- Proficiency in Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards and safety regulations
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink for circuit simulation
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in hardware validation
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Experience with automotive or industrial systems preferred
