Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-efficiency power electronics for solar inverters and energy storage systems
- Lead PCB layout and validation for high-voltage circuits using Altium Designer
- Develop firmware for embedded control systems using C/C++ and RTOS
- Conduct electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in design methodologies
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on thermal management solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design and embedded systems
- Expertise in Altium Designer and PCB layout for high-frequency circuits
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards and safety regulations (UL 1741, IEC 62109)
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling and simulation
- Demonstrated experience with EMC/EMI testing and mitigation techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
